💼 About This Role

You'll bring enterprise-grade AI agents to the world, empowering businesses to build world-class customer experiences. You'll solve for multiple stakeholders—customers, CX managers, and developers—in a new frontier of AI. You'll own the product end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, design, and leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Agent SDK platform
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership on product development
• Serve as trusted advisor to customers alongside sales and go-to-market teams
• Lead product from concept through launch and iteration

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management leading products from ideation to launch
• Experience building developer-facing products (e.g., APIs, SDKs)
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity and drive 0→1 product bets
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and design to ship complex products

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-driven products, especially conversational or agentic systems
• Hands-on experience writing production code (e.g., TypeScript, React)
