💼 About This Role

You'll own the monthly close process and technical accounting for a biotech startup developing life-saving therapies. Your work will directly support investor reporting and audit readiness. This role offers broad exposure from equity administration to collaboration revenue recognition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own month-end close end-to-end, including journal entries and flux analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and lead external audit coordination.
• Oversee accounts payable cycle, vendor management, and ERP maintenance.
• Administer equity in Carta and coordinate tax compliance filings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a startup environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
• Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
