You'll lead the stand-up and scaling of US manufacturing operations for AI-enabled defense products, building production infrastructure from the ground up. Your core impact will be establishing production lines, workflows, and quality systems while partnering with executive leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead stand-up and scaling of US manufacturing operations.
• Develop and execute production strategy aligned with program milestones.
• Implement production processes for AI-enabled hardware systems.
• Build and mentor a high-performing production team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing/production experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing production operations.
• Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, or National Security technology sector.
• Experience building or scaling production functions at a startup or high-growth company.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience under a Special Security Agreement (SSA).
• Background with cleared facilities and FOCI mitigation.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS manufacturing and quality clauses.
