You'll own relationships with large enterprise customers using Watershed's sustainability platform, helping them achieve climate goals. You'll drive adoption and value by onboarding, guiding, and supporting customers through their climate journey. This role requires English and German fluency and hybrid work in Berlin.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end customer experience for strategic accounts
  • Build trust with executives at FTSE/DAX/CAC 40 companies
  • Onboard customers to dashboard and guide carbon footprint data gathering
  • Serve as voice of customer, providing feedback to product teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Relevant CSM experience in a SaaS organization
  • Track record of success building relationships with strategic customers (10,000+ employees) at executive level
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Extremely organized with proven project management track record
