Description

Provide remote telehealth therapy to adolescents and young adults with complex behavioral health needs. You'll deliver personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive virtual group setting while our operations team handles administrative tasks so you can focus on clinical work.

Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Independent or associate licensure in Florida (RCSWI, RMHCI, LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Experience with teens and young adults highly preferred
• Evening availability required for full-time
• Confidence integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR)

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, etc.)
• Participate in case discussions and collaboration
• Maintain predictable weekly schedules and steady caseloads
