Description

You will lead full-stack implementations of Gradial's AI platform for enterprise customers, translating complex workflows into scalable AI-native solutions while collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and engineering teams. This role combines hands-on development with strategic problem-solving to shape how major brands modernize content operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience in customer-facing contexts
• Proficiency in TypeScript or similar, with strong understanding of APIs and systems integration
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar technical ecosystems
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High ownership mindset, comfortable operating independently with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for new enterprise customers
• Build, deploy and optimize features integrating customer systems with Gradial's LLM-driven platform
• Develop reusable tools, adapters, and configuration layers for scalable onboarding
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements and iterate
• Contribute to internal technical documentation and implementation playbooks
