💼 About This Role

You'll own JioStar's pricing and packaging strategy for the Growth Client Solutions team, designing data-led frameworks that balance market competitiveness with revenue goals. You'll drive end-to-end monetization across digital and cross-screen advertising formats.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and execute standardized pricing packages with cross-functional teams.
  • Craft forward-looking pricing strategies and offer constructs.
  • Drive alignment with media agencies through incentive plans and governance.
  • Lead pricing for new ad formats and evaluate sell-through rate impact.
  • Manage revenue planning, rate card, discounting, and agency-specific pricing.

📋 Requirements

  • MBA with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Strategy consulting background preferred.
  • Experience in ad sales strategy or GTM roles.
  • Strong analytics skills and comfort with numbers.
