💼 About This Role

You'll join the Traveler Analytics team to drive measurement, strategy, and tactical decision-making. Your core impact will be solving problems like inventory display and customer experience measurement. You'll promote hypothesis-driven product development and use causal inference methods to answer key questions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop quantitative analysis to understand customer problems and drive product decisions
• Design and analyze product experiments to learn feature impact
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads on end-to-end product experience
• Design and implement data models, metrics, and dashboards for product strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
• SQL and Python proficiency
• Strong experience designing and analyzing product experiments (A/B testing, quasi experiments)
• Strong statistical background with causal inference methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience processing event tracking data at scale
• Familiarity with machine learning evaluation or model-driven personalization
• Experience with Looker or Jupyter Notebooks
