You'll join our team to ensure stable operations of our hospital software by resolving complex support requests and incidents. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering & Product and provide reliable support in critical clinical contexts. This role includes on-call rotation and ownership of incident management.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle complex 2nd-level support requests via Jira Service Management
  • Triage and manage incidents with clinical-impact lens
  • Coordinate bug investigation with Product & Engineering
  • Maintain and improve knowledge assets like runbooks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Experience in technical support or service operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Healthcare/regulated environment experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Basic SQL/log-reading/debugging skills
