You'll join our team to ensure stable operations of our hospital software by resolving complex support requests and incidents. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering & Product and provide reliable support in critical clinical contexts. This role includes on-call rotation and ownership of incident management.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle complex 2nd-level support requests via Jira Service Management
- Triage and manage incidents with clinical-impact lens
- Coordinate bug investigation with Product & Engineering
- Maintain and improve knowledge assets like runbooks
๐ Requirements
- Experience in technical support or service operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

- Healthcare/regulated environment experience
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Basic SQL/log-reading/debugging skills
