🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and ship differentiated AI sales experiences
• Craft AI/ML strategy with founders and execs
• Train new models using historical and synthetic data
• Prototype LLM-powered features into robust products

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in NLP
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks or cloud services
• Hands-on ML Ops experience
• Deep expertise in NLP and model training with LLMs

✨ Nice to Have

• Track record of leading AI/ML research in product environment
• Publications in applied AI/ML scientific journals
• Experience with open-source LLMs and vector databases
