You'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers while owning the execution of core people programs. You'll leverage data and business insights to drive solutions and build toolkits and frameworks that enable managers to lead effectively.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Design and launch people programs like performance management and engagement surveys.
• Configure and report from Culture Amp to identify data trends.
• Manage administrative lifecycle for nearshore professionals via Globalization Partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to coach managers and influence outcomes without authority.
• High comfort level with HRIS systems (ADP/Culture Amp).
• Experience managing or contributing to HR programs with operational focus.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with global workforce administration (LATAM).
• Familiarity with EOR platforms like Globalization Partners.
