Description

You will join a research team within Point72 to develop modern NLP solutions, including LLMs, agents, and RAG. Your work will leverage internal and external datasets to build GenAI solutions and derive alpha, with direct portfolio impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master's or PhD in computer science or quantitative discipline
• Experience in NLP, particularly LLMs
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and software engineering principles
• Familiarity with data science stack
• Interest in financial markets and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Explore and combine rich internal and external textual datasets
• Build GenAI solutions using internal models and external APIs
• Formulate research hypotheses to derive alpha
• Post-train models for specific tasks
• Benchmark LLM approaches for internal tasks
