Description

You will assist clients with daily living activities like medication reminders, dressing, and light housekeeping, while providing companionship and support to help them maintain independence in senior living communities. Your role includes monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the clinical care manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous customer service experience
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel between communities
• CNA preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with medication reminders, dressing, transfers, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and escort clients to activities and dining
• Welcome new residents and promote Senior Support Solutions services
• Monitor client health and report changes to Clinical Care Manager
• Complete shift reports and documentation
