  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with federal customers and staff
  • Analyze policy, workflows, and legacy systems to map service ecosystems
  • Develop service blueprints and journey maps for current and future states
  • Design holistic services aligning user needs, agency priorities, and feasibility

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in service design or human-centered design
  • Bachelor's degree
  • US Citizenship required by federal government
  • Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance
