You'll lead service design initiatives for federal clients, transforming complex systems into human-centered solutions. Your work will improve customer experience across digital and operational touchpoints.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with federal customers and staff
- Analyze policy, workflows, and legacy systems to map service ecosystems
- Develop service blueprints and journey maps for current and future states
- Design holistic services aligning user needs, agency priorities, and feasibility
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in service design or human-centered design
- Bachelor's degree
- US Citizenship required by federal government
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

- Experience with federal accessibility (Section 508) standards
- Familiarity with equity, privacy, and security compliance
