🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct quality assurance reviews of AML investigations and SARs.
• Prepare and deliver structured QA reports with findings and recommendations.
• Identify trends and control gaps across SARs and casework.
• Support development of QA frameworks and calibration processes.

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of AML regulations and SAR requirements.
• Hands-on experience in SAR writing or SAR quality assurance review.
• Experience across multiple compliance domains (e.g., transaction monitoring, KYC/onboarding, sanctions).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a risk-based approach.
