💼 About This Role

You'll lead RMF & ATO package development for Automated Information Systems in a federal environment. Your work ensures systems meet federal cybersecurity and compliance requirements while coordinating with system owners, engineers, and auditors throughout the authorization lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and maintenance of ATO packages per NIST RMF.
• Prepare and manage ATO documentation (SSP, SAR, POA&M, etc.).
• Implement and validate security controls with technical teams.
• Maintain continuous monitoring and track POA&Ms to closure.
• Serve as liaison between system owners, engineers, and auditors.

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with NIST RMF and ATO package development.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53 and FISMA compliance.
• Experience in security control assessment and remediation tracking.

• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
• Experience with FedRAMP or other federal compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and risk analysis.
