🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Zendesk subject matter expert for Contact Center
• Lead design workshops and produce Technical Design Documents
• Configure services and deploy resources in customer AWS accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during dev, test, and go-live
• Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting
• Amazon Connect experience essential
• 3+ years hands-on with complex cloud-based solutions
• Proven experience implementing and supporting AWS environments
