Description

As a Store Manager at ALO, you will lead all aspects of the store's business, including sales, operations, and visual merchandising, while fostering a positive and productive environment aligned with ALO's mission. You will drive revenue growth, develop your team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our new Hyundai Pangyo location.

Requirements

• 7+ years retail or related leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• Ability to lift up to 22.7 kg and stand for long periods
