💼 About This Role

You'll partner with PMs and Engineers to shape the roadmap and design delightful experiences for estate agents across the UK. Your work will directly impact how agents run their businesses daily. We offer an AI-native, code-first workflow where you can iterate designs in a live product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with PM and Engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what to build next.
• Jump on calls with users or visit in-branch to understand pain points and test workflows.
• Move from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity polished prototypes in Figma.
• Facilitate workshops to synthesise research or ideate solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Around 3 years of Product/UX Design experience.
• Fluent in Figma and experienced with design systems.
• Comfortable conducting user research and usability testing.
• Able to articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• SaaS or complex product experience.
• Experience with AI-native workflows.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
