🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and enforce development standards and architectural guidelines
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead and mentor a team of developers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CSM, designers, product owners)

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a lead developer with managerial responsibilities
• Strong expertise in software development and architecture
• Excellent project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of Vue (Option API) and GitLab Flow
