You'll write the playbook for onboarding customers onto Sierra's AI agent platform, including the Agent SDK and Agent Studio. You'll build developer training programs and create scalable content like documentation and sample repositories. This role combines hands-on agent development with community building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write playbooks for onboarding customers to Sierra's Agent SDK and Agent Studio
• Create developer training and enablement programs
• Build technical documentation, videos, and sample repositories
• Develop AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development or developer relations
• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling
• Experience designing technical training or community initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LangGraph or MCP servers for agent development
• Familiarity with TypeScript and AI coding assistants
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across product and engineering
