💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team, ensuring our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You'll perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and component replacements on day cabs and trailers. This role offers clear growth pathways with ASE certification reimbursement and a $500 annual tool allowance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, engine, and transmission issues
• Repair aftertreatment systems, perform regens, and replace filters
• Collaborate with team to maintain accurate records and minimize downtime

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals
• At least two ASE certifications within first 6 months

• Experience with MIG welding
• T-series ASE certifications
