💼 About This Role

You'll drive Gymshark's North America Accessories business, owning preseason and in-season planning from NYC. Your work ensures the right product reaches the community at the right time. You'll also lead a direct report and partner with Merchandising and Allocation teams to optimize commercial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build seasonal sales, margin and inventory plans for accessories categories
• Analyze prior performance to uncover trends and growth drivers
• Deliver weekly business updates on trends, risks and opportunities
• Manage weekly unit sales plans and identify product upside or headwinds

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in merchandise planning, allocation, merchandising, or financial planning
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and ability to master new systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in activewear apparel planning
• Experience working internationally across multiple currency types
• Experience working on multiple apparel product categories
