• Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgets and vendors.
• Scale webinar programming from planning to flawless production.
• Coordinate sponsorships, contracts, and brand visibility.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in event coordination.
• Demonstrated success with webinars and in-person events.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini.
• Experience working in Canva.
