💼 About This Role

You'll design and manage the operational infrastructure behind Dandy's Total Addressable Market (TAM) and portfolio management, ensuring high-quality pursuits are assigned to sales teams. You'll sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations, data architecture, and GTM systems design, translating complex datasets into scalable operational processes for international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage TAM operational infrastructure and data quality
• Build portfolio assignment frameworks and routing rules
• Develop scalable market data enrichment processes
• Monitor TAM coverage and portfolio health

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with account datasets or portfolio management
• Ability to translate complex datasets into operational processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing account assignment frameworks
• Fluency in Salesforce, Looker, or modern GTM tooling
• Experience supporting international GTM expansion
