Description

You will lead consumer learning for the Lume and Mando brands, representing the voice of consumers to inform brand strategy and innovation. You'll partner with marketing, innovation, and retail teams to translate business questions into actionable research and synthesize insights for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's/MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights
  • Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care or lifestyle brands preferred
  • Insights thought leader

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert in understanding core consumer segments and emerging trends
  • Influence brand strategy and build a learning roadmap
  • Partner with brand marketing, innovation, and retail/DTC teams to identify and optimize initiatives
  • Translate business questions into research objectives and scope projects
  • Execute and manage multiple primary market research projects simultaneously
  • Synthesize and communicate insights to brand teams and senior management
