🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate sales opportunities and root cause gaps.
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute guest experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Develop workforce solutions for effective floor coverage.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move constantly.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• Experience in premium retail or athleisure.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.
