Description

You will support SpaceX's Starlink broadband business by ensuring compliance with global law enforcement response, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements. You will help develop and execute processes for handling legal demands, advise internal stakeholders, and support other legal functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 1+ years of experience in law enforcement response, cybersecurity, or privacy legal issues
• Preferably 3+ years as a legal analyst or paralegal supporting cybersecurity, privacy, or law enforcement
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory issues for telecommunications or internet service providers
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

• Support Starlink’s response to law enforcement demands and compliance with privacy and cybersecurity laws
• Assist in developing processes to accept, assess, process, and record legal demands from law enforcement
• Advise, educate, and train internal stakeholders and employees on compliance matters
• Support litigation, contract management, and general legal and regulatory compliance
