💼 About This Role

You'll lead the electrical engineering team responsible for modular data centers and power distribution systems at a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. You'll drive design standards, compliance, and workflow optimization to scale manufacturing operations. This leadership role balances technical authority with organizational strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage team of Electrical Engineers and Designers through 1-on-1s and reviews.
• Allocate engineering resources to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Lead high-level design reviews for load calculations and SCCR analysis.
• Ensure UL/NFPA/NEC compliance for product lines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years in a formal management or supervisory role.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical design (power distribution, switchgear, modular buildings).

✨ Nice to Have

• Lean or Six Sigma experience in engineering design.
• Familiarity with PLC/SCADA integration and medium-voltage power distribution.
• Experience scaling an engineering team from small to mid-sized.
