💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to drive adoption and value from AI Agents products at a venture-backed compensation intelligence company. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building strategic relationships and crafting success strategies that ensure customers realize measurable business outcomes. Your work directly impacts product evolution through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead structured onboarding to get customers live quickly using AI Agents.
  • Drive early expansion by activating additional agents and use cases.
  • Proactively identify underutilized features and lead enablement initiatives.
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to shape product improvements.

📋 Requirements

  • 4 years in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI products, including agents and LLMs.
  • Experience designing customer programs or playbooks from the ground up.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort advising on complex technical topics.

✨ Nice to Have

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or account management.
  • Experience in Compensation or Total Rewards in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to work directly with C-suite executives.
