💼 About This Role
You'll own go-to-market planning for key titles and campaigns, balancing creative curation with analytical insights to optimize content discovery. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to drive personalized user experiences across Tubi's platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead execution of merchandising campaigns and go-to-market plans
- Curate content into themed collections and special events
- Manage editorial calendars ensuring deadlines and accuracy
- Use performance data to optimize curation and identify opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years in content merchandising or related field
- Proven experience using data to shape content decisions
- Strong project management skills across multiple teams
- Familiarity with CMS and workflow tools like Airtable, JIRA, Asana
