- Manage end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding including background checks and credential verification.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ashby.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced setting.
