  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding including background checks and credential verification.

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Ashby.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced setting.
