💼 About This Role

You'll lead ITC compliance across Pivot's renewable energy portfolio and serve as the internal subject matter expert on tax credit eligibility. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to preserve tax credit value and support investor-grade compliance standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end ITC compliance across project lifecycle.
• Validate project-level eligible basis calculations and documentation.
• Coordinate federal and state corporate income tax filings with external advisors.
• Support tax equity structures and partnership allocations.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in tax credit compliance within renewable energy.
• Strong knowledge of federal ITC structures.
• Experience with tax equity or transferable tax credit transactions.
• Familiarity with cost segregation and eligible basis.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA designation.
• Experience in a solar and storage IPP environment.
• Big 4 or national accounting firm background.
