You'll join HRT's global Recruiting Operations team in Singapore, acting as a scheduling and logistics guru to provide a first-class interview experience for candidates and stakeholders. You'll manage candidate flow across multiple teams and help build workflows for a small, high-impact team. This role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule high-volume interviews using GoodTime and manual coordination.
• Prepare interview rooms and greet candidates onsite.
• Provide real-time support for onsite interviews and resolve issues.
• Manage requisitions in Greenhouse and support recruiting program initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous work experience in recruiting or HR.
• Experience with process improvement.
• Ability to work in-person 4 days/week.
