💼 About This Role

You'll own the digital coordination layer of Anduril's factory, ensuring software, infrastructure, and automation align with live production. You'll drive cross-team execution and resolve integration gaps to keep the factory running. This role is a site-level integrator, not a passive coordinator, acting as the central point for factory software systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the digital coordination layer of the factory at a given site
• Drive coordination across production system administration, digital IOT, MES, Controls, robotic automation, and manufacturing test teams
• Ensure deployments are sequenced correctly across infrastructure, applications, and automation
• Maintain real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing workflows
• Ability to work across software, infrastructure, and automation domains
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
