You'll build the go-to-market growth engine for an AI-native recruiting ops platform from scratch. You'll own positioning, paid experiments, and performance reporting, driving ICP validation and funnel improvements. This is a hands-on, build-from-zero role for someone who thrives in ambiguity.

• Validate ICP and refine positioning through rapid paid testing
• Operate paid campaigns directly across Google, Meta, and Reddit
• Build and optimize full-funnel journeys from ads to lifecycle
• Create customer-proof systems like UGC, testimonials, and case snippets

• Proven 0→1 B2B SaaS growth experience
• Personally operated paid campaigns across Google and Meta
• Strong experimentation mindset with measurable lift
