💼 About This Role

You'll assist the Lead Engineer with the repair and maintenance of commercial properties, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your work will ensure building systems operate efficiently and tenant satisfaction is maintained. You'll also respond to emergencies and supervise contractors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Repair and maintain building systems including chillers, cooling towers, and HVAC.
• Perform general maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Inspect properties daily to ensure operational order and appearance.
• Respond to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years maintenance work experience in a commercial office building.
• CFC Refrigerant Handling Certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• Experience with energy management systems.
• Knowledge of fire/life/safety systems.
• Customer service experience.
