💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to execute pipeline generation initiatives for public safety across EMEA & APAC, directly managing 7-10 SDRs. Your core impact is achieving quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets while coaching and mentoring the team. This role partners with marketing and uses AI tools to optimize prospecting strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 7-10 SDRs to achieve quarterly & annual pipeline generation targets
• Coach and mentor SDRs, including performance reviews and professional development
• Partner with regional marketing to plan and execute outbound email campaigns
• Measure and report on SDR performance using Salesforce and Clari

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience building and leading a Sales Development Team
• 3+ years of success in pipeline generation roles in B2B environment
• Experience using AI programs to support daily tasks
• Experience in a SaaS & B2B sales environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator & ZoomInfo experience
• Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
