Description

You will join a small team in Pinterest's Growth Platform group to develop and implement ML models that improve user targeting and personalization for growth initiatives. You'll design scalable ML pipelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage AI tools to enhance engineering practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience applying ML to real-world problems, preferably in growth
• Strong programming in Python and experience with PyTorch
• Proficiency in data processing with SQL, Spark, or Hadoop
• Experience with recommendation systems, user modeling, or personalization algorithms
• Familiarity with statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ML models for user targeting and personalization
• Design and build scalable ML pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify ML solutions for growth
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate ML model performance on growth metrics
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights for user acquisition and retention
