💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 3 AI engineers to architect, train, and deploy LLMs powering the world's largest AI companionship platform. You will own the model lifecycle from SFT to RLHF, and build high-precision moderation systems for a nuanced, uncensored environment. This role is distinct for its massive scale of 80M+ daily tokens and production-first mindset.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production code in Python/PyTorch while leading the team
• Own and optimize the core chat loop including context windows and inference latency
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO alignment strategy
• Design and train custom classifiers for nuanced content moderation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience shipping ML/LLM to millions of users
• Deep proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines)
• Experience with uncensored/NSFW content moderation and alignment challenges
• Strong intuition for prompt conditioning, temperature, and sampling effects on chatbot behavior
