  • Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
  • Cultivate relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop customer success plans and monitor KPIs.

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience required.
  • Customer Success or Application Portfolio Management in a SaaS organization.
  • Cloud architecture and on-premise integration knowledge.
  • Consulting and IT systems implementation experience.
