As an Inside Sales Manager at Kaseya, you will lead leads from qualification to closing, educate clients on our SaaS product's value through demos, and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed quarterly quotas. Your efforts directly contribute to our sustained growth in the IT management industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting tools
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality aimed at revenue targets

Responsibilities

  • Manage leads from qualification to closing, meeting monthly/annual quotas (~$60k/quarter)
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain pipeline
  • Educate clients on SaaS product value through customized demos
  • Handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Ensure smooth transition to Account Manager team
