Description

You will independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise customers, working across Rubrik's data management platform and cloud environments. You'll be a trusted advisor, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-touch support and drive customer success.

Requirements

• 10+ years enterprise technical support in storage or backup verticals
• Working experience with Linux/Unix command line
• Technical experience with VMware, backup technologies, and networking
• Strong experience in Microsoft Enterprise Apps, Databases, Cloud, or Storage
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve problems in Rubrik products and customer environments (Linux, Windows, VMware)
• Troubleshoot networking connectivity and performance issues using Wireshark and other tools
• Assist customers with network, router, switch, firewall, and spam configuration
• Author knowledge-base articles detailing symptoms, causes, workarounds, and solutions
• Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations
