Description

You will design and implement backend services, data pipelines, and platform components that make AI features reliable, observable, secure, and cost-effective in real enterprise environments. Collaborate with Product, Platform/Cloud, Security, and AI teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems, focusing on engineering: APIs, services, infrastructure, testing, deployment, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Go (preferred) or Java/Python with deep understanding of distributed systems
• Proven experience designing and operating high-throughput backend services and public/internal APIs
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or Kubernetes
• Hands-on expertise with micro-services, containers, CI/CD, testing, and observability

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs
• Build and operate production systems enabling AI features (service orchestration, model gateways, retrieval back-ends, evaluation/telemetry)
• Lead technical design discussions and use best engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, code quality)
• Evaluate and adopt AI-domain infrastructure components pragmatically (e.g., inference back-ends, vector search, caching, streaming)
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation
