💼 About This Role

You'll lead the IT PMO and serve as Chief of Staff to the CIO, driving execution excellence across the IT portfolio and firm-wide planning. You'll oversee project governance, roadmap management, and Agile transformation to improve delivery and culture. This role offers the chance to shape IT strategy in a Top Workplace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead IT PMO to ensure consistent project governance and delivery.
• Own the IT Project Roadmap with 12–18 month forward view.
• Manage IT portfolio prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Drive Agile transformation across the firm.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading an IT PMO or similar function.
• Experience with Agile transformation at an organizational level.
• Strong background in IT budgeting and vendor management.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in the legal or professional services industry.
• Previous role as Chief of Staff to a CIO or CTO.
• PMP, SAFe or other relevant certifications.
