You'll lead a team of solution consultants driving technical wins in complex B2B sales cycles, owning demo strategy and operating standards. This is a hands-on leadership role partnering with Sales, Product, and Channel leaders to close enterprise deals.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants
- Own demo strategy and operating standards for the team
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
- Align pre-sales strategy with Sales and Channel leadership
π Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales or solutions consulting
- 5+ years of experience with financial application packages
- Proven success in leading teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong record of enterprise-level deal support

- Advanced certifications in product or industry
