💼 About This Role

You'll provide occupational therapy to home health patients, focusing on compensatory techniques to restore daily living skills. You'll work within a faith-based, person-centered care team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments per physician orders.
• Initiate and update written plan of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy modalities within scope.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.

📋 Requirements

• Occupational Therapist licensure in Ohio.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR card and health certificate.
• Valid OH driver's license with good driving record.
