🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as change management and training lead across Workday implementations and AMS engagements
• Conduct change impact assessments across key Workday areas
• Design and deliver end-user training programs and materials
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communication planning
• Support testing cycles and measure adoption metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in change management or training for ERP/HCM implementations
• Hands-on Workday deployment experience (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration impacts
• Proven ability leading client-facing workshops and training sessions

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday partner certification in any functional area
• Experience with multi-country or global deployments
• Background in HR, Payroll, or Operations
