Description

You will work with MongoDB's Sales team to capture and communicate business value to clients, using financial and technical analyses to build compelling business cases. This role involves collaborating across industries, creating value consulting collateral, and mentoring sellers on value-based selling.

Requirements

• BA/BS from accredited college; preference for Business, Economics, Finance or related
• 5+ years as Business/Technology Strategy Consultant with Business Case experience
• 1-3+ years in business value consulting role at a vendor
• Enterprise business and financial modeling; familiarity with ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, software development methodologies, RDBMS/NoSQL

Responsibilities

• Support sales organization to impact tactical and strategic opportunity success
• Develop Business Value Consulting collateral for internal and external use
• Mentor sellers on value selling capabilities
• Engage customers using value-based selling to build compelling narrative
• Create and present business case and forecasted business impact of MongoDB solutions
