This role offers uncapped productivity-based compensation and up to $50,000 in longevity bonuses.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner.
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management and Transitional Care.

📋 Requirements

• Must hold an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible.
• Qualified specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
